Job title: Quality Associate:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Associate to join our team. The Quality Associate will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

· Auditing the manufacturing processes to ensure both internal and external standards are being adhered to.

· Ensuring manufacturing documentation is kept up to date.

· Drive continuous improvement of core processes to ensure manufacturing quality is maintained.

· Train production staff on quality procedures, protocols, and documentation.

· Maintain Quality Assurance documentation.

· Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the manufacturing process.

· Coordinate investigation of quality issues with customers and suppliers.

· Review, approve and communicate root cause and corrective action to stakeholders.

· Support management of training plans, and records

· Prepares and organizes various reports for the Quality and Safety team as needed.

· Scanning and filing of quality system records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
